About the role
Join Supabase's Product Security team as a Security Operations Engineer to provide 24-hour front-line coverage for security alerts, customer security tickets, and internal IT requests in a follow-the-sun rotation. You'll triage alerts from detection systems, handle customer account recovery and security issues, support incident response, and continuously improve runbooks and escalation workflows. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with technical support or junior SOC experience who has strong judgment, clear communication skills, and foundational security knowledge.
